We are currently developing a line of bolt-in 2-Link kits. Our Colorado test truck has been running a pair of these links for years with no issues. The lowly 2-Link has received a bad reputation over the years, but the fact is you can build a dependable, comfortable suspension setup for a mere fraction of what a 3+ link setup costs. If you're building on a budget, and your ride is an S-10 or Colorado, contact us for an unbelievably low price (almost free) on a prototype bolt-in 2-link setup.
These links bolt to your front leaf spring hangers, and attach at the axle via U-bolts.
What you get in the kit:
A pair of links
Urethane Bushings
Steel Sleeves
Grade-8 Front Bolts
Features:
Superior Strength: built from high grade 2x2x.25" square tubing
Uses stock leaf spring hangers and mounting pads on the rear axle
Uses stock or stock replacement shocks
Can be bolted in in as little as 1 hour!
We're still working on finding a supplier for the U-Bolts, so the prototypers will have to provide those. They're typical, extra-long U-bolts like you find in most drop block kits. In addition to the link kits, you will need bags and brackets and an air management system to complete your setup.
These links are still in the prototype phase! They are provided in bare steel (final production units will be powdercoated). In order to qualify to test these, you must have a 1982-2003 S-10 or 2004+ Colorado and be prepared to provide NQC with pictures and feedback on the parts, as well as any measurements that may be needed to improve the design.
Please contact us above if you're interested. We're basically GIVING these away!! Don't wait, we're only looking for a few testers!
